Skull-Tronic Synopsis

Astronaut Dan Renaud appeared to have it all; the toast of the NASA program and a bonafide hero with over a dozen successful missions into space. On the verge of retirement, he is approached by a cabal of government higher-ups and asked, virtually ordered, to make one more trip into space...for reasons unknown...for the good of his country. 


As a privileged agent of NASA, Renaud has been privy to the darkest secrets and innermost workings of the space program. But this trip to deep space was different. Covertly executed, known to only the highest of government officials.  


The mission was a successful one...seemingly. But something's not right. Upon re-entry from deep space something.... happened to Renaud. The decorated astronaut's molecular structure has been somehow altered, changed forever. His mind is as sharp as when he left for space but his body is...decomposing. 

 

Renaud is secreted away to an underground medical facility where the greatest

minds in NSA, CIA, FBI, GIC, and CDC try to make scientific sense of what has happened to this American hero. 


The government has found a way to rebuild Renaud, to make him part man, part machine...the ultimate weapon. But when the experiment fails, Renaud becomes a security risk; with no purpose to the government he becomes expendable. 

 

Meanwhile, the decorated astronaut's longtime fiancé, Dr. Emily Devos, herself an accomplished scientist uncovers a conspiracy. Renaud wasn't the first to be sent into deep space. There were others before him, some who never made it back, some who came back forever altered. 

 

Realizing the Government is going to kill Renaud, she risks her life to help him escape but is captured herself. But Renaud not only escaped, he survived. An incendiary mix of metal and man, he's stronger than ever hell-bent on saving his fiancé and exacting revenge on the very men who rebuilt him....as Skull-Tronic.
